I’ve worked in the engineering space for some time now, with my experience spanning across industries, particularly the oil and energy sectors.

Now, as the Pipeline Mechanical Manager at Verbrec, I’ve been able to focus on developing a strong, collaborative team ready to tackle any project with confidence and strategic thinking.

Currently, I’m seeing a new generation of young engineers entering the industry who are eager to learn and adapt to new ways of working, whether through AI, IoT or other emerging technologies.

My main priority is making sure these engineers have a safe, positive environment where they can explore new ideas and feel comfortable making mistakes along the way. Fostering this kind of support has given me an innovative, collaborative team that genuinely cares about the work they do.

This means they also deliver faster, cleaner outcomes for clients. At this stage of my career, I’m proud to watch these young, enthusiastic engineers challenge themselves and continue improving every day.

Innovation and growth have always been important to me, and I believe it’s why I resonate so strongly with Verbrec’s motto of Evolution Engineered.
