Verbrec has been engaged by a major resources sector client to deliver a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and Macro Level Strategy for the Moranbah Ammonium Nitrate Facility in Queensland.
The contract marks an important step in supporting asset performance, operational reliability, and strategic long-term planning at one of our client’s core processing sites.
Supporting a Proactive Business Strategy
Moranbah is one of Australia’s key ammonium nitrate manufacturing sites, producing more than 350,000 tonnes annually to support mining operations across the Bowen Basin.
Our involvement in this foundational, 24/7 operational site asset will be key for supporting Queensland’s resources sector and regional supply chain.
Through establishing a practical, site-aligned asset management framework, our expert engineering and asset management teams will be able to focus equally on both operational priorities and longer-term business strategy.

- Assessing existing asset base and current management processes
- Capturing critical business requirements through stakeholder engagement
