Scope

Verbrec completed FEED, detailed design and construction assistance (including leading commissioning) for 2 x 800kw electric drive gas compressors running up to 8.6 MPa.

The compressors are installed on the New Zealand gas transmission network to boost gas pressure north of Auckland. Services provided included:

compression optimisation
lifecycle cost modelling
HAZOP of the compressor package
compression package localisation
