GRM LTT Operational Readiness

Scope

Verbrec carried out an operational readiness build for BHP’s Goonyella Riverside Mine Long Term Tailings (GRM LTT).

Project Summary

Verbrec was requested by BHP to provide operational readiness services for the GRM LTT Project. The following services were provided as part of the deliverables for the project:

  • maintenance review
  • spares review
  • procedures review/development
  • provision of training
  • engineering review of registers, drawings and documents
  • management of change processes.
