- Detailed design of the new section, procurement of new line pipe, and associated facilities and equipment.
- Construction approvals, planning, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and community consultation.
- Management of out-of-service activities for tie-in including blowdown, out-of-service purge, and re-introduction of gas.
- On-site construction management including productivity, safety, and quality management of trenching, welding, lowering in, backfilling, and reinstatement activities.
