The scope of work for this project included the following areas of work:
- review/update FLOC structure
- gather data
- develop a Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) model and worksheet
- conduct FMECA workshops
- conduct a spare parts review
- develop work packages
- upload the maintenance strategy into CMMS.
