Scope

Verbrec was requested to perform a Maintenance Review of the APF and CPF Compression Train in order to review, improve and optimise the maintenance strategies for the respective compression systems.

Project Summary

The scope of work for this project included the following areas of work:

review/update FLOC structure
gather data
develop a Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) model and worksheet
conduct FMECA workshops
conduct a spare parts review
develop work packages
upload the maintenance strategy into CMMS.
