The Jet Lift Trial Project makes use of a jet lift pump (concentric, venturi style) downhole instead of the conventional progressive cavity. The jet lift pump is used to lift produced water to the surface, promoting gas production. The Jet Lift Trial is one of the trials currently being undertaken to support the overall Artificial Lift Strategy for QGC.
Verbrec completed FEED and comprehensive detailed design of a separator skid, a pump and gas engine skid, a fuel gas conditioning skid and interconnecting piping. Multi-disciplinary engineering services included:
- process engineering and process safety
- mechanical engineering, including pipe stress analysis and pressure vessel design
- civil/structural engineering, including skid and pipe support design and lifting studies.
We further provided specialist project management services during the project’s design, procurement, fabrication and construction phases.
