Verbrec Limited (ASX: VBC) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a global Software Reseller Agreement with Datamine, a world-leading provider of mining technology and software solutions.

This strategic partnership grants Datamine the non-exclusive, worldwide right to distribute StacksOn™, Verbrec’s stockpile digital twin solution—either as a standalone product or integrated via API into Datamine’s suite of sustainable mining software.

Supporting Smarter, More Sustainable Mining

StacksOn™ is a digital solution designed to optimise stockpile management by increasing visibility, improving operational efficiency, and reducing downtime. Already adopted by major operators, including BHP, the platform has delivered measurable performance gains across complex mining and logistics environments.

Through this agreement, Datamine’s extensive customer base—comprising more than 1,500 mining clients in over 20 countries—will gain access to StacksOn™, further accelerating the adoption of smart mining technologies around the world.
