As General Manager of People and Capability, Callum is responsible for shaping Verbrec’s people strategy, including engagement, talent development, and workplace relations.
Callum has 10 years of experience assisting organisations and leaders to develop high-performing teams to align with corporate objectives. He brings a keen interest in all aspects of strategic human resource management, with a focus on driving employee engagement and pride towards their business, while remaining commercially successful.
Prior to joining Verbrec, he provided strategic advice to a variety of unionised industries, with a focus on those in the resources sector, before moving into an operational leadership position in the healthcare industry.
Callum holds a degree in psychology in addition to a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources.
