PMO 2000 Task Comparison

Scope

Verbrec provided support to the client in carrying out a comparison of preventive maintenance tasks in PMO 2000, against the current tasks captured in BHP’s Planned Maintenance Instructions.

Project Summary

Verbrec reviewed and confirmed that tasks within the Planned Maintenance Instructions were captured in PMO 2000. Any tasks that were missing or different were identified, and details and information were added.

We reviewed an estimated 5800 documents with approximately 46,000 tasks.
