Verbrec was given access to staff, systems and data in order to conduct an ISO 55000 Audit in which the status quo was measured against the Verbrec Audit Tool.
With this data, we identified and prioritised improvement opportunities, and defined the potential benefit and ease of implementation for each opportunity.
