APF and CPF Compression Train Maintenance Review

Scope

Verbrec was requested to perform a Maintenance Review of the APF and CPF Compression Train in order to review, improve and optimise the maintenance strategies for the respective compression systems.
An industrial facility with large metal pipes and machinery, set against a dramatic cloudy sky.

Project Summary

The scope of work for this project included the following areas of work:

  • review/update FLOC structure
  • gather data
  • develop a Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) model and worksheet
  • conduct FMECA workshops
  • conduct a spare parts review
  • develop work packages
  • upload the maintenance strategy into CMMS.
