Scotia Interconnect Pipeline

Scope

DN300 14 km 900# CS pipeline. Santos’ Scotia Interconnect Pipeline facilitates a gas swap agreement between Santos and APLNG. The pipeline starts from Santos’ Scotia gas plant and ends at an above-ground tie-in point into APLNG’s Gas Transmission Pipeline.

Project Summary

The DN300 interconnect pipeline was designed based on a design pressure of 13.5 MPag and a flow rate of up to 90 MMSCFD. It consists of API 5L Grade X70 PSL2 line pipe material.

Verbrec was engaged by Santos to undertake the FEED for the new pipeline and the subsequent detailed design, procurement and construction support for the pipeline system.
