The fuel farm power supply upgrade project involved detailed design of 11kV power pole modifications, Kiosk, and LV distribution. The project life cycle involved selection phase study, detail design, procurement, construction support, and final handover

Project Summary

Verbrec delivered:
– Pole Design – Connection to 11kV overhead line at the power pole
– HV cable routing under the rail line from power pole to 11kV Kiosk
– HV Earthing and Lightning System design for kiosk substation. EPR, Touch & Step Potentials and Earth Grid resistance analysis and software modelling
– Remote monitoring/Control and Communication design
– LV system modelling, protection report and design
– HAZID and Constructability review reports
– Arc Flash calculations
– Commissioning and testing procedure report
