Pipeline Integrity Assessment

Scope

Inline Inspection (ILI) tool selection, ILI validation and dig up campaign, fitness for service assessment and pipeline repair to safely increase pipeline operating pressure to MAOP.

Project Summary

  • Reviewed the Inline Inspection reports, developed dig-up campaign to validate ILI and completed 6 dig ups.
  • Performed Fitness For Service and defect assessment following ASME B31.G and API 579 and provided repair options.
  • Implemented pipeline repair on site at several locations to reinstate the pipeline pressure back to MAOP of 10.2MPag.
  • Provided Integrity assessment report development a short term and long term strategy to maintain pipeline MAOP.
