The name change to Verbrec represents the evolution of several well-established companies that together have been delivering specialised services to the energy, infrastructure, and mining industries since 1988. Verbrec Limited, and the resulting corporate structure, will allow for the continuous expansion of our capabilities and further growth of our service offerings.
The Verbrec group of companies, wholly owned subsidiaries, include LogiCamms, OSD Pipelines and Competency Training. Each Verbrec company will continue to trade under their perspective company names, given their exceptional brand value and leading position within their specific markets.

The new name is effective immediately and will be implemented across the company’s wholly owned subsidiaries throughout the calendar year 2021.
