Scope

The scope on the J-Power world first pilot Hydrogen Production Plant in the Latrobe Valley was to supply selected critical control system components, including site integration, gasifier engineering configuration services, and commissioning and engineering support for successful plant operation.

Project Summary

Verbrec was engaged to design, construct, configure, supply and commission the following LV HESC components:

Central Control & Gasifier PLC Control Systems switchboards and hardware
Site IT Network cabinets with SCADA & Historian Servers, IT Cyber Security Hardware
Site SCADA Server, workstation & Engineering PC supply & configuration
Central Control Systems integration of all separate site control sub-systems
Gasifier PLC Configuration
Site IT Cyber security configuration for secure Japanese J-Power Engineering remote access
Control Systems Production, IT & Cyber Security remote support
